Tilted photography
Most of the times we take pictures either horisontally or vertically. That's fine, even it is the way it should be. But, have you ever seen those nice "dynamic" photographs in some magazines which in fact are not horisontally nor vertically oriented. Some are diagonal, or in my own words ... "tilted photography." (i don't know if i'm using the correct words)
Yes, they do seem to have some sort of dynamic effect. Moreover, it can sometimes be useful if you need more length of the picture, because naturally the diagonal length of a rectangle is longer than the horisontal length of your frame.
I'm not a professional photographer, i just happen to enjoy taking pictures of anything :D So, don't just take for granted what i say here ;)
Mmm... this picture makes me dizzy (in fact, this typical Sydney bus was moving at that time and i almost got keserempet :D) what's keserempet in english :-/??
(Btw, the girl who is being painted in her face is Maggie Mao from Taiwan and the one who is painting Maggie's face is Ida from Bandung. This is a native australian kind of stuff. You see, the paint is made by grinding a pebble on to a hard wet surface of a rock in a small creek or river. The colours you make depends on the colour of the pebble you choose. Apparently there are only brown, red, black, and white-ish colours available :p)
